UGA Small Business Development Center at Georgia Southern University (SBDC)

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides low-cost training and free consulting services including assistance with business plan development, market analysis and marketing strategies, financial analysis, compliance and legal issues, and preparation of loan submissions for individuals who want to start their own businesses or expand an existing one. The UGA SBDC at Georgia Southern University is one of eighteen offices located throughout the state and works in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration and seven other universities and colleges to provide business consulting and continuing education opportunities to Georgia’s entrepreneurs.

The UGA SBDC at Georgia Southern University serves for-profit businesses in a 13-county area surrounding Statesboro including Bulloch, Liberty, Candler, Screven, Emanuel, Tattnall, Evans, Toombs, Jenkins, Montgomery, Effingham, Chatham and Bryan counties.
