My disclosure was sent back to me because I had training that was missing and I have now completed the training.  What now?

You need to resubmit your disclosure:

1. Go to: https://georgiasouthern.kuali.co/coi/dashboard
2. Log in using your Georgia Southern Credentials if prompted
3. Under Current Disclosure, click the View button.

4. Click on the + on the Comment box next to the training.
5. Under “Add a comment,” you can say “Training now complete” and click Save Comment.
6. X out of the comment box.
7. In the upper right hand corner, click “Resubmit.”

8. Your Disclosure Status should now be “Resubmitted”
9. NOTE: Training completed after you initiate your disclosure will not populate in your FCOI disclosure until your next disclosure update.
