I have completed my training in CITI but it does not show up in my disclosure.

Possible reasons:

• You completed the training in the last 24 hours. CITI training only updates once per day in the Cloud Express/Kuali system.
  • You can submit your disclosure and the COI admin staff will verify your training.
• You didn’t use single sign on (SSO) to log into CITI.
  • Use these directions to log into CITI so your training is linked to your profile during the next update.
  • You can submit your disclosure and the COI admin staff will verify your training.
• You complete the training after you initiate the current disclosure. Training will update during your next disclosure.
  • You can submit your disclosure and the COI admin staff will verify your training.
