I filled out my disclosure but it still says “In Progress.”

You still need to submit your disclosure for review.

1. Go to: https://georgiasouthern.kuali.co/coi/dashboard
2. Log in using your Georgia Southern Credentials if prompted
3. Under Current Disclosure, click the View button.

4. On the right hand side of the screen, click “Next.”

Note: If you receive an error message when you click “Next,” that means there are required fields on the page that have not been answered.  

Fields marked with “Required” must be answered before you can progress.

5. Continuing clicking “Next” and responding to any required fields until you see 99% Complete. 
6. Click Submit.

7. Your disclosure status should be “Submitted for Approval.”
8. Once your disclosure has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
