GS Members Receive Research Funding
The Office of Research Services & Sponsored Programs at Georgia Southern University would like to congratulate the following GSU faculty and/or staff members.
Dr. Gavin Colquitt, with the School of Health and Kinesiology, who received research funding from the Bulloch County Parks & Recreation.
Dr. Dominique Halaby, with the Business Innovation Group (BIG) and Department of Business Research & Economic Development, who received research funding from the Camden County Board of Commissioners, Jefferson County Hospital, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners, R& R’s Chicken, Inc., Seven Willows Body Care, the City of Savannah, and the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Dr. Monique Aller, with the College of Science and Mathematics Physics Department, who received research funding from the University of South Carolina and NASA.
Dr. Barry Joyner, Dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences, who received research funding from Magnolia Coastlands Area Health Education Center.
Dr. Mark Edwards, with the Department of Physics, who received research funding from the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Lorenza Beati Ziegler, with the James H. Oliver, Jr., Institute for Coastal Plain Science, who received research funding from the University of Florida.
Dr. Marian Tabi, with the School of Nursing, who received research funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration.
