Annual Research Symposium – Submit Your Abstract Today
Georgia Southern University is now accepting abstracts for its 2014 Annual Research Symposium. Faculty and Students from regional colleges and universities are invited participate and attend. If you would, please broadly share the attached call for abstract submissions with faculty and students in your academic units.
The Annual Research Symposium is a showcase of student and faculty research. This event includes speakers, poster and presentation sessions from all academic disciplines. A special keynote address by Dr. Steven Chu, Nobel Prize Winner in Physics and former U.S. Secretary of Energy will follow.www.Georgiasouthern.edu/symposium14

The Research Symposium will be held on APRIL 15 -16, 2014 in Statesboro, GA on the Georgia Southern University campus.
Tuesday, April 15
- Research Symposium and Presentations – 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
-Keynote address by Dr. Steven Chu, Nobel Prize Winner in Physics and former
U.S. Secretary of Energy – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, April 16
-Faculty workshop with the National Science Foundation’s Directorate of
Biological Sciences 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
